Services and delivery

Each product page describes a fixed-price digital deliverable. Work begins after payment and receipt of the required project brief. Delivery occurs through the secure project portal and by transactional email notice. Automated processing times can vary because of site access, third-party systems, and order volume.

Customer responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to request analysis of the submitted website and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for reviewing business facts, regulated claims, legal statements, and implementation choices before publishing or relying on a deliverable.

SEO and automated assistance

Reports and page copy may be produced with automated analysis and artificial intelligence. Search engines and competitors change continually. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, or any other result. Deliverables are informational and are not legal, financial, or professional compliance advice.

Payment and acceptable use

Prices are displayed before checkout and charged once unless a product expressly says otherwise. You may not use the service to analyze systems you are not authorized to assess, distribute malware, deceive consumers, or violate law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use and modify the customer-specific deliverable for the submitted business. Broken Ceiling SEO retains its website, software, methods, brand assets, and reusable know-how.

Limitation and contact
