Refund Policy

Broken Ceiling SEO sells customized digital services that begin after a customer submits a project brief.

Before work starts

If you paid but have not submitted the project brief, you may request cancellation and a refund by emailing chadgupta3000@gmail.com with the order number.

After work starts

Because processing costs are incurred and a customized digital deliverable is created, purchases are generally non-refundable after the brief is submitted. We will correct a duplicate charge, restore access to a missing deliverable, or review a documented service failure. If automation cannot produce the purchased deliverable and we cannot resolve the problem, we will provide a replacement delivery or refund the affected purchase.
